Tests, Delivery time, Warranty & After-sale Service

1. Tests
   

   a. All of our Vibration Absorbers are tested twice before delivery under 15 bar to make sure leak free.

   b. We will perform a burst pressure test every 3 months as UL and CE standard.

2. Delivery time and Warranty

   a. Our Vibration Absorbers are sold to China domestic and overseas markets. Delivery time is about 1-4 weeks as per order quantity.

   b. Product Warranty is 2 years after shipment or 1 year after installed.

3. After-sale Service

   If leakage found, we will test it right away as soon as we get the returns, And investigate all processes in order to find the root reason and solutions. Finally, we will send replacement right away.
