Our Anti-Vibration Flexible Hose is produced with deep pitch stainless steel corrugated tube and high tensile wire braid, A connector is brazed/welded between copper tube end and corrugated tube, to ensure leak free. The wire braid is clamped by high pressure clamping machine.
OEM designed Anti-Vibration Flexible Hose is also available. Max working pressure is from 44.8 bar to 13 bar, working temperature is from -40℃ to +120℃ . UL and CE certified.
A stopper can also be designed on each connection end, providing a more positive seal and low leak rate. All Anti-Vibration Flexible Hoses are tested twice by Helium and hydraulic leak test machine.
Introduction of Korea High Pressure Anti-Vibration Flexible Hose
Anti-Vibration Flexible Hoses are installed in the suction and discharge lines of Air conditioning and Refrigeration system to eliminate vibration and noise which compressor generates, and for reducing stress linked with piping thermal expansion in AC&R.
Each Anti-Vibration Flexible Hose is 100% pressure tested by helium leak detector and hydraulic leak tester. All units are carefully cleaned, dehydrated and sealed in film and packed into individual box after final inspection.
Anti-Vibration Flexible Hoses are compatible with all kinds of refrigerants and lubricants.
Product features
1. Deep pitch stainless steel corrugated tube and high tensile wire braid, Each end is TIG welded by stainless steel ferrules and clamped the wire braid by high pressure clamping machine.
