Our Flexible Connection is produced with deep pitch stainless steel corrugated tube and high tensile wire braid, Each end is TIG welded by stainless steel ferrules and clamped the wire braid by high pressure clamping machine.
A stopper can also be designed on each connection end, providing a more positive seal and low leak rate. All Flexible Connections are tested twice by Helium and hydraulic leak test machine.
OEM designed Flexible Connection is also available. Max working pressure is from 44.8 bar to 13 bar, working temperature is from -40℃ to +120℃ . UL and CE certified.
Introduction for All SS Flexible Connection for Ammonia
Flexible Connections are installed in the suction and discharge lines of Air conditioning and Refrigeration system to eliminate vibration and noise which compressor generates, and for reducing stress linked with piping thermal expansion in AC&R.
Each Flexible Connection is 100% pressure tested by helium leak detector and hydraulic leak tester. All units are carefully cleaned, dehydrated and sealed in film and packed into individual box after final inspection.
Flexible Connections are compatible with all kinds of refrigerants and lubricants.
